Eat all you want chocolate chip cookies (healthy!!)

Here is the recipie for those of you who don't already have it...Trust me..you will love it, and it is a good recipie to freeze for future sugar attacks when you don't have time to make the batter. These cookies are moist and delicious, especially when stored in an airtight container. Happy eating!

1 c. butter
1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. prunes
3 c. raw or dark brown sugar
2 eggs or 4 egg whites
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
5 c. blended oatmeal (blend about a cup at a time...it takes time but is worth it!)
1 bag coconut
1 bag chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts
2 c. white flour
Cream butter. Blend prunes and applesauce in blender with 1 teaspoon water, and combine with butter.Mix thoroughly. Add sugar and eggs. Mix well. Mix last 9 ingredients. Batter will be thick. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes. (If frozen in a roll, slice and bake an additional 4-5 minutes.)
